Participation in the Taos Folk Annual Holiday Handmade Arts and Crafts Store requires a one-time fee of $325.00. Artists retain 60 percent of their total sales, while 40 percent of proceeds are allocated to Taos Folk to support event operations and community outreach. This revenue-sharing model ensures artists receive the majority of their earnings while contributing to the continued success and quality of the event.

To participate in the annual Pop-Up Store, attendance at a mandatory meeting in October is required. While volunteering is no longer a requirement, it is always appreciated and welcomed. Participants must ensure their booth space is kept adequately stocked throughout the event; alternatively, you may leave inventory with the organizers, who will handle restocking on your behalf. These guidelines are straightforward, designed to make the process smooth and manageable for all artists involved.

The available booth space measures no larger than 4 feet by 4 feet. Artists requiring additional room may reserve a second space by paying for two spaces. This allows flexibility while maintaining a consistent layout throughout the event.
